Understanding the Global Stupidity Advisory System
The world has changed. Currently, everyone is more susceptible to stupidity than
never before and will be for the foreseeable future. At all Stupidity Conditions
we must remain vigilant, prepared and ready to deter stupidity. The following
Stupidity Conditions each represent an increasing risk of stupidity. Beneath
each Stupidity Condition are some suggested Protective Measures.

1. Low Condition (Green). This condition is declared when there is a
low amplitude of global stupidity.
2. Guarded Condition (Blue). This condition is declared when there is a
general risk of global stupidity.
3. Elevated Condition (Yellow). This condition is declared when there is a
significant risk of global stupidity.
4. High Condition (Orange). A High Condition reflects a high risk of
global stupidity.
5. Severe Condition (Red). This condition is declared when there is a
severe risk of global stupidity.
